We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plan purchases. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. No conditions apply — simply contact us within the 14-day window and we will process your refund.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through your account billing page. This allows our team to review your request with all the necessary details and process it quickly.
Log in to your account, go to Billing, and click "Request a Refund". Fill in your reason and submit — our team will review it and get back to you by email.

- 2 Go to your Billing page from your account menu.
- 3 Click "Request a Refund" and describe why you'd like a refund.
- 4 Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is processed directly to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
