This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on D-QR. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid plan purchases. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- You have not previously received a refund for a subscription on this account.
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended for Terms of Service violations).
- The request is for a new subscription, not a renewal.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Renewal charges — please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.
- Partial months or unused periods after the 7-day window has elapsed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date (14 days for annual plans).
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps:

- 2 Include your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of why you'd like a refund (optional but helpful).
- 3 Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- 4 If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
